The Rockdale Children and Families Hub is a welcoming, community-focused space for families with young children. We support children aged 0–5 years to grow, learn and thrive, and be ready to start school, by connecting families with the right services, information and support.

Our health services include:

• Child and Family Health Nurses (birth to 5 years) – parenting support and health and development (Blue Book) checks, including tracking milestones such as talking, learning, moving and social skills, as well as growth, vision and teeth checks. These checks are free. No Medicare required.

• Speech Pathology (birth to 5½ years) – support for communication, including understanding language, using words, speech sounds and social communication.

• Community Paediatrician clinic outreach clinic (monthly) by referral  from the Child and Family Health Nurse. 

• Immunisation Clinic bookings – free childhood vaccinations. No medicare required. 

Working closely with local schools, services and community groups, we make it easier to get help early, build confidence, and feel connected. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive community where every child and family feels supported and valued.
